1. Service and eligibility
Tagv is an online service for preparing, scheduling, approving and publishing social media content, managing workspaces and media, and using analytics and optional AI features. Availability depends on the purchased plan and enabled integrations. These terms cover businesses and consumers. Users must be at least 18 and have legal capacity; a person contracting for an organisation must be authorised to do so.
2. Technical requirements and contract
An internet connection, an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript, necessary cookies and browser storage, and an active email address are required. Social integrations require an eligible external account and the permissions shown during connection. Specific file formats, limits and compatibility requirements are shown in the service before use or purchase.
The account agreement is concluded when you accept these terms during registration and the account is created. A paid subscription is concluded when you place an order explicitly acknowledging the payment obligation and we confirm it electronically. Before ordering, you receive the features, total price including applicable taxes, billing period, duration, renewal and cancellation rules. We send confirmation and the applicable terms by email on a durable medium. You can save these terms before concluding the agreement.
3. Account and workspace
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. Workspace administrators manage membership and permissions. You may only connect accounts, upload data and act for clients where you have the necessary authority. Responsibility for misuse is assessed under applicable law; you are not automatically liable for every unauthorised action.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
Free and paid plans, add-ons and usage limits are described in the offer. Stripe processes payments; full card credentials are not stored by Tagv. Any recurring subscription renews for the period and at the price clearly accepted at checkout until cancelled. No additional paid service is ordered without your express agreement.
Cancel renewal through the available billing settings or by contacting us before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Deleting a personal account and cancelling a workspace subscription are separate actions; contact us if you cannot cancel in the panel. Ordinary cancellation does not itself create a right to a prorated refund, but statutory withdrawal, conformity remedies and other mandatory refund rights remain unaffected. Changes to plans, limits or charges are disclosed before acceptance; an increase does not change an already paid period.
5. Consumer withdrawal
A consumer contracting remotely may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after conclusion. Send an unambiguous statement to our email or postal address above before the deadline. Example: ‘I withdraw from my Tagv agreement concluded on [date], account email [email], name [name], address [address], statement date [date].’ No special form is required.
We refund payments covered by withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without charges. If you expressly request that a paid service start during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge for service supplied until withdrawal may apply only where the statutory conditions and information duties are met. Activating an ongoing subscription does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. Loss of that right for a fully performed service requires all statutory conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement. Equivalent protection applies to Polish sole traders where the agreement is directly related to their business but is not professional in nature for them.
6. Acceptable use and user content
Do not use Tagv for unlawful content, infringement of privacy or intellectual property, spam, impersonation, malware, unauthorised access or circumvention of security or platform limits. You must hold the rights and legal grounds necessary for the content and personal data you submit.
You retain your rights in your content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence, limited to providing the service and your instructions, to store, copy, technically adapt, transmit and publish it through the integrations you select. This does not permit independent advertising use of your content. The licence ends when it is no longer needed to provide the service, subject to lawful retention and backup deletion. Rights in the Tagv software and branding remain with their respective owners.
7. Social platforms and AI
Connected platforms apply their own terms and privacy policies. You control connection permissions, scheduled publications and disconnection. Platform outages, moderation, API changes and limits may affect publishing and statistics. We do not promise any audience, reach or marketing result; this does not exclude our responsibility for our own obligations.
Optional AI functions process the instructions and materials you submit to that function through the configured AI provider. Review results before use: they may be inaccurate, non-unique or infringe third-party rights. Do not submit data you are not authorised to share. AI output is not professional advice, and no exclusivity or copyright protection is guaranteed.
8. Availability, updates and conformity
We provide the service with due care and supply updates, including security updates, required by law and the agreement. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible. Consumer rights concerning conformity of a digital service with the agreement apply throughout the legally required period and are not waived by these terms.
A consumer may require the service to be brought into conformity and, where statutory conditions are met, obtain a price reduction or terminate the agreement and receive the required refund. Protected Polish sole traders have the corresponding statutory rights. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; liability otherwise follows applicable law.
9. Complaints and unlawful content reports
Send complaints to the contact above, identifying your account, the issue, relevant dates and the requested remedy. Do not send passwords or full card details. We reply on a durable medium within 14 days; the statutory consequences of failing to respond to a consumer complaint apply. You can also report unlawful content by giving its precise location, explaining the alleged illegality and providing contact information sufficient to examine the report. We assess reports and explain relevant restrictions and available ways to contest them, subject to legal and security limits.
10. Suspension and termination
You may terminate the account agreement by requesting deletion through the service or contacting us. Transfer or close workspaces for which you are the sole owner and arrange cancellation of their paid subscriptions. We assist if a technical restriction prevents termination. Save or request export of data before access ends; mandatory rights to retrieve content after termination remain unaffected.
We may restrict access proportionately for a material breach, non-payment after notice, a legal requirement or a concrete security threat. Where feasible, we first explain the reasons and allow at least 7 days to remedy a remediable breach. Urgent restrictions may take effect immediately where necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. You can contest a restriction through the contact above. If we discontinue a paid service without your breach, we give at least 30 days’ notice where legally and technically possible and refund the unused prepaid period. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Personal data and customer instructions
The Privacy Policy explains processing for which we act as controller. When we process personal data on behalf of a workspace customer, an agreement satisfying Article 28 GDPR is required and governs that processing, including subprocessors, security, assistance and deletion. These terms and the Privacy Policy do not replace that data processing agreement.
12. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms for specific justified reasons: changes in law, necessary security measures, changes in external interfaces or changes to service functionality. We notify you of the reasons, text and effective date on a durable medium at least 30 days in advance, except where binding law requires a shorter period. Changes are prospective and do not remove acquired rights. You may terminate before a change takes effect and receive any refund required by law.
For consumers, changes to the digital service beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity require a contractual basis and a justified reason, involve no additional cost and are communicated clearly. Where a change negatively affects access or use more than insignificantly, statutory notice and free termination rights apply, including the 30-day period running from notification or the change, whichever is later, subject to statutory exceptions.
Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts are determined by applicable jurisdiction rules, without an exclusive Polish venue imposed on consumers. Consumers may contact their local consumer adviser or a competent alternative dispute resolution body; information is available at https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/. Participation in a particular voluntary procedure is determined separately. Language versions are intended to convey the same meaning; none overrides mandatory consumer protection.
